Return & Refund Policy – Faag Homes
At Faag Homes, we take pride in delivering carefully packed, high-quality products. To ensure fairness and transparency, our return policy is limited and strictly governed by the conditions below.
1. Return Window
- Customers can request a return within 3 days of delivery.
- Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Eligible Return Cases
Returns are only accepted in the following situations:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is incorrect (wrong item sent)
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Minor color/texture variations
- Personal preference or usage-related issues
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Very Important)
- A clear, continuous parcel opening video is mandatory to process any return request.
- The video must:
- Start before opening the sealed package
- Clearly show the sealed packaging
- Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts
- Show the damage or incorrect product clearly
❗ Without this video proof, no return or refund will be approved.
4. Condition of Returned Product
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Share:
- Order ID
- Unboxing video
- Clear images of the issue
- Our team will verify and approve/reject the request within 24–48 hours
6. Refund Policy
- Once the return is approved and the product is received & inspected:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refund method:
- Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method
- COD orders → refunded via bank transfer/UPI
7. Important Notes
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
- Faag Homes reserves the right to reject returns if misuse or fraud is detected
- Slight variations in color/design due to lighting or handcrafted nature are not considered defects
