- Return Window: Returns can be requested within 3 days of delivery.
- Eligible Returns: Only for damaged or incorrect products received.
- Unboxing Video: A complete, uninterrupted unboxing video showing the sealed package and the issue is mandatory for all return requests. Claims without a valid unboxing video cannot be approved.
- Product Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with their original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- How to Request: Share your Order ID, unboxing video, and clear images of the issue with our support team within 3 days of delivery.
- Refunds: Once approved and the returned product is inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method, while COD orders are refunded via Bank Transfer or UPI.
