At Faag Homes, we take pride in delivering carefully packed, high-quality products. To ensure fairness and transparency, our return policy is limited and strictly governed by the conditions below.

1. Return Window

• Customers can request a return within 3 days of delivery.
• Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Eligible Return Cases

Returns are only accepted in the following situations:

• Product received is damaged
• Product received is incorrect (wrong item sent)

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Minor color/texture variations
• Personal preference or usage-related issues

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Very Important)

• A clear, continuous parcel opening video is mandatory to process any return request.
• The video must:
• Start before opening the sealed package
• Clearly show the sealed packaging
• Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts
• Show the damage or incorrect product clearly

❗ Without this video proof, no return or refund will be approved.

4. Condition of Returned Product

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery
2. Share:

• Order ID
• Unboxing video
• Clear images of the issue

1. Our team will verify and approve/reject the request within 24–48 hours

6. Refund Policy

• Once the return is approved and the product is received & inspected:
• Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
• Refund method:
• Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method
• COD orders → refunded via bank transfer/UPI

7. Important Notes

• Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
• Faag Homes reserves the right to reject returns if misuse or fraud is detected
• Slight variations in color/design due to lighting or handcrafted nature are not considered defects

Products under warranty should be handled with care.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Standard delivery usually takes around 7 business days. Please note that with the state of the global pandemic, orders may arrive later than usual.
